Raised around farms in South America and with a degree in Dairy Science, Dr. Rodriguez came to the United States in search of nutrition knowledge. After earning graduate degrees from Virginia Tech and Michigan State University in dairy nutrition, he has dedicated his career to improving the success of cows, dairies and dairymen in the American and international dairy industry.

Ted DeVries

With farming roots on both sides of his family, Ted was brought up in the dairy culture. He was raised on his father’s dairy farm in Dublin, Texas, where he gained a passion and an understanding for the industry. Ted focused his studies on Agricultural Business at Abilene (TX) Christian University, and he also played for the ACU football team. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, he gained practical hands-on experience by working as a herd manager. Ted’s goal is to provide the best resources available to the dairies he serves.

Kayana Fonseca

Kayana grew up in Tennessee but first got involved with the dairy industry while pursuing her associate degree in agriculture at Alfred State College, Alfred, NY. This experience prompted her return to Tennessee to attend Middle Tennessee State University. Here, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, while also serving as the student manager at the school’s dairy farm. She has spent the past three years in Visalia, CA, gaining experience with a dairy herd management software company and working on a dairy farm.

Kristen grew up on a dairy farm in the Northeast U.S. and always knew she wanted to be involved in the dairy industry. She studied animal science at Cornell University, earning her Bachelor of Science degree. She then worked at the William H. Miner Agricultural Institute before completing her Master of Science degree in animal science at Michigan State University. Her interests are focused on the overlap between nutrition and health to promote the productivity of transition cows. Kristen is based in California, but she is excited to support customers and dairy producers across the U.S.

Logan Real, MS

Northern California Service and Sales Representative

Growing up on a farm and surrounded by dairies in Hilmar, California, Logan immersed herself in agriculture at a young age. Beginning with 4-H and then FFA, she earned her American FFA Degree and took her passion for dairy animals to California State University (CSU), Fresno. While there, she worked as student manager at the school’s dairy farm.  She earned a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science, Production Management in Dairy Science, and was awarded the Robert J Selkirk Memorial Award for Outstanding Achievement in Dairy Science.  Logan continued her education at CSU, serving as graduate student dairy manager, and earning her Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Science. She also was awarded the Graduate Student Achievement Award. Today, Logan focuses her interests on maximizing transition cow health and calf nutrition while she pursues her passion for assisting dairies, caring for cows, and promoting the dairy industry.

Ibrahin Sanchez

Born and raised on a family dairy in South America, Ibrahin believed that there was no better place to start his career than around cows and pens. As a result, he pursued and obtained a degree in Animal Science at Rafael Urdaneta University, Venezuela. His career experience in agriculture, while short, has been diverse, and ranges from servicing and sales in agribusinesses to managing beef and dairy farms.

Danielle Warmka

Danielle’s enthusiasm for dairy ignited as a young girl working on her family’s dairy farm. She was very active in many dairy activities growing up, and her interest in the dairy industry led her to obtain a degree in Dairy Science at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Danielle combines the knowledge she has gained through school, dairy organizations, and her own hands-on experiences to assist dairies in achieving goals for their herds.
